What is #DetoxLove?

The best way to heal yourself is through interpersonal relationships and therefore, therapy often starts with healing our relationships with other people. Do you feel unsupported, misunderstood, or attacked in your  relationships? These relationships could be with your partner, your family or your friends.

Any relationship has the potential to feel toxic if it makes you feel worse about yourself. The road to recovery is never paved alone. It is sometimes needed to reach out for help to break the cycle and come out from the other end.

Humans of Safe Places is introducing #DetoxLove a campaign to shine a light on toxic relationships and educate people on how to build healthier relationships in your life.

We have collaborated with the right professionals and therapists to offer you the all the important  tools, exercises and information about identifying, navigating and healing through toxic relationships.
